
Ninja 1100 Blender
There are actually several different kitchen systems at different prices when considering the Ninja 1110 Blender.
The first one is the Ninja Kitchen System 1100 watts with 72 oz. Blender. This one can be found on QVC, amazon, Walmart and Sears. It will chop, dice, blend and puree. It also crushes ice and will knead dough for pizza and breads. It is more of a kitchen system that adds speed and performance to your everyday cooking activities.
It includes a blender, a 72 ounce pitcher, a 40 ounce bowl with lock in lids and spouts. It has a six blade attachment and a four blade attachment. Also included is a dough hook, dough paddles, and a whisk. There is also an electronic control panel with three speeds. It also includes a pulse mode.
There is also the Ninja Kitchen System 1100 model NJ602. This has all the abilities of the above system but a cookbook is also included. Added to the list is the Ninja Kitchen System - model BL 700. This is the ultimate party machine.
This is a master prep food and drink maker. It has a unique processing power for uniformly cutting and crushing ice. It has an interchangeable motor head where you can switch from the processor to the drink maker. This combines the traditional blender, food processor and blender stick all into one fabulous machine. Here is the recipe to prove you can actually make bread in a blender (who knew!).
Basic dough recipe for pizza, focaccia bread, rolls and bread sticks:
¼ oz. Pkg. Dry yeast
1t salt
1 Tbs sugar
2/3 c warm water (110-115 degrees)
¼ canola oil
2 c all purpose flour
Place yeast, salt, sugar, and water in bowl and pulse for 10 seconds. Add oil and flour ( one cup at a time)--pulse until dough is smooth and there are no lumps. Place is light oiled bowl and cover for one hour.
For pizza-- Spread dough in pizza pan that has been slightly oiled. Add sauce and toppings. Bake at 425 degrees for 25-35 minutes or crust is brown and cheese is bubbling.
